What is My Deals?

The page listing offers you created and offers you redeemed, in two tabs.

What do the tabs under Created mean?

Pending is waiting for the business, Approved is live, Expired has ended, Rejected was declined, Archived you withdrew, and Unavailable means the business archived itself.

What does Unavailable mean?

The business archived itself, so your offer is paused. It comes back unchanged, with the same expiry, if they restore the business.

What is the difference between Archived and Unavailable?

Archived is something you did and cannot be undone. Unavailable is something the business did and can be reversed by them.

How do I archive an offer?

Open My Deals, find the offer, and use Archive. You are asked to confirm because it cannot be undone.

What happens when I archive an offer?

It disappears from the feed, from search, from the business's page and from your public profile. People who saved it see that it is no longer available.

Can I unarchive an offer?

No. Archiving an offer is permanent.

Can I archive an expired offer?

There is nothing to withdraw once it has ended, so the option is not offered.

Does the Redeemed tab show offers I created?

Only if you also redeemed them. The two tabs are independent.

Why does a redeemed offer show a dash instead of a business name?

That business has archived itself and is no longer listed. Your redemption stays in your history.

Are redemptions listed newest first?

Yes.
